2. What we collect and why

Orders: your email address and order details - to deliver the product, handle complaints and meet accounting obligations (legal basis: contract performance and legal obligations).
Payments: processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your card details.
Analytics: our own private, first-party analytics (page views, anonymized IP hash, referrer). No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no third-party ad trackers on this store.

3. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: your session (cart) and your theme preference. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

4. Data sharing

Order data is shared only with: Stripe (payment processing), our hosting provider (servers located in the EU) and, where legally required, tax authorities. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

5. Retention

Order records are kept for the period required by Polish accounting law (currently 5 full tax years). Analytics data is aggregated and contains no directly identifying information.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: PUODO, uodo.gov.pl). To exercise any of these rights, email sklep@kinetyka.pl.
