Terms of Service - Promptyze Store

1. Seller

Promptyze Store (promptyze.com/store) is operated by: PROMPTOWY Piotr Olszewski, ul. Białołęcka 247, 03-253 Warszawa, Poland. VAT ID (NIP): PL5242572263, REGON: 142421881. Contact: sklep@kinetyka.pl.

2. What we sell

The store sells activation vouchers, pre-configured accounts with active subscriptions to third-party digital services (including xAI Grok, Anthropic Claude, Google AI, Adobe, Figma, Coursera, LinkedIn Premium) and digital content. The store is not affiliated with the providers of these services (xAI, Anthropic, Google, Adobe, LinkedIn and others) - it acts as an intermediary on the terms described on each product page.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are placed through the store website. Payment is a one-time, upfront charge processed by Stripe (payment card, Link and other methods available at checkout). Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). The store does not store card data - payments are handled exclusively by Stripe, in line with the PCI-DSS standard.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout. Unless a product page states otherwise, delivery is completed manually within 24 hours of the payment being confirmed. Products marked as instant delivery are delivered immediately after payment, on screen and by email.

5. Right of withdrawal

For consumers in the European Union: by purchasing digital content or a digital service that is delivered immediately after payment, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (art. 38 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive as implemented in Polish law). For manually delivered products, you may withdraw from the purchase at any time before delivery is completed by writing to sklep@kinetyka.pl.

6. Complaints and support

If a delivered voucher, code or account does not work as described, contact us at sklep@kinetyka.pl within the product's stated validity period. We will verify the issue and, where justified, provide a replacement or a refund. Complaints are handled within 14 days.

7. Acceptable use

Products are for personal or internal business use. Reselling delivered codes or accounts without our consent is not permitted. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of the underlying platform (e.g. xAI, Anthropic, Google) when using the delivered access.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live remain unaffected. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
